Terms of use - Internet Minded Certified

1. The awarding of the Internet Minded Certified©®™ quality label is done exclusively by Ambel Europe Invest Ltd., or by its officially designated partner.
2. Non-payment of the initial or annual amount for the Internet Minded Certified©®™ certificate, results in the discontinuation of the right to use the Internet Minded Certified©®™ quality label.
3. The Internet Minded Certified©®™ quality label can be used towards customers in all forms of communication provided that it is applied in compliance with the graphical charter.
4. Certificate carriers (owners of the Internet Minded Certified©®™ quality label) should commit to compliance of the terms of use regarding the Internet Minded Certified©®™ quality label and declare to agree with them.
5. An applicant declares to resign himself to the decision on whether the Internet Minded Certified©®™ quality label is granted or not, without any form of redress.
6. Promotional mails can be sent by “Internet Minded Certified” on the condition that the legal stipulations on this subject are respected.
7. In distance selling, the general conditions of sale have to be easy to consult.
8. The “Internet Minded Certified©®™ quality label”-holder provides a complaints procedure in which, within a reasonable period of time is responded to a complaint, as well as follow-up is performed.
9. Any unauthorized use of the Internet Minded Certified©®™ quality label will be subject of a prosecution by criminal and/or civil courts, depending on the circumstances.
10. Ambel Invest Europe Ltd. is authorized to change the terms of use regarding this label at any time, without statement of reason. The “Internet Minded Certified©®™ quality label”-user will be informed in writing (by mail).
